We had such a great experience with Independent Wood Flooring doing the hardwood floors at the house. From start to finish, he was professional, reliable, and did an amazing job. What really stood out to me was how thoughtful and considerate he was about the fact that I'm pregnant. He took the time to make sure the products and materials he was using were appropriate and safe to have around me, which gave me so much peace of mind. He was careful, respectful of our home, and genuinely cared throughout the entire process. The floors came out beautiful, and we couldn't be happier. I'm extremely pleased with the complete rebuild Jayson did of my main staircase. I could tell his attention to detail would be spot on during our estimate. Last week Jayson from Independent Wood Flooring completed another amazing, meticulous job on our very special wood floors at Brae Crest School of Ballet in Lincoln RI. Jayson is no stranger to this space, as he has cared for our high traffic wood floor for the past five years. Some years it is sanded and treated with a no-slip finish and other years, like this one, it was refinished with the no-slip finish. Today we started back to ballet classes for the 68th season at my family's ballet studio. Our floor is a very important part of our shared space and Jayson treats it with respect and care. He takes pride in his work and he wants his customers to be satisfied. Thank you for another job well done, Jayson!
